My new red tailed black shark and my new pleco. If anyone knows the short name of this pleco please can you tell me.Id be very grateful.

Your new fish look great, sorry I don't know the answer to your question, although I have one of my own. I noticed you have driftwood in there, did you ever have any major algae problems with it? Mine just got covered with it, I am in the process of cleaning it up. Just wondering if you did and if so how did you control it.

I did have bad algae but mainly on my plants and sand.Not so much on my driftwood.i was told to get something that disturbs the sand and keep doing water changes.i brought some loaches for the sand and removed the worst plants and its got alot better.

Beautiful fish! It looks like a clown pleco to me.
