| New angel, apisto atahualpa and others!
I picked up a ton of fish at the auction last night and these were some of my most special finds! First pic is xenophorus captiva, a really cool livebearer. Second and third pic are my apistogramma atahualpa female- isn't she a stunner? The apistos are F0's and were sold to us as a proven pair! Fourth pic is one of the new red sumo loaches (schistura sp.), too bad we were only able to get 2 of them. Last pic is my new angel. I am loving this fish! We've been checking each other out at the front of the tank and I think we're going to be pals.  |

| Thanks! I'm so glad I got to go to this auction. I will definitely be going back in September, as hubby and I will have a fully functional fishroom at that point.
The selection of fish was pretty amazing, and there were lots of rare and unique finds. In addition to these apistos, we were able to get F0 apisto agassizii Alenquer pair, F0 apisto panduro pair, and another apisto that's an undescribed species, apisto sp. "purple". Plus, I got some apisto cacatuoides fry to grow out. I've got to get some pics up soon, but they are quite shy at the moment. | |

| So glad you got to go. I heard from other sources that this was the biggest auction yet.
Your fish are beautiful. Love the sumo Loaches  they are really cool looking. The DD black angel is a stunner too. Did you just get one?

I have been reading the clubs forum and it seems there was a lot of nice stuff there as well as nice fish for a good price.
