My water is cleared and everyone seems happy! Here's my first attempt at a planted tank....I'm looking forward to seeing the plants grow and fill in! In my tank are 9 RCS, 1 amano shrimp, 3 panda corycats, 5 neon tetras, 3 ottos, and 5 zebra danios. The shrimp are so cute! They like to "gang up" and get the corys to move out of "their space." One of my danios is a little smaller than the others so he tends to school with the neons while the other four race around the tank!

Oh...and I read some other posts about this but just wanted to add my two cents....the two pieces of lucky bamboo in my tank have been there for almost 18 months. They're the only carry-over from my original tank and are still thriving and continually produce new leaves! I love the way they accent my dragon!

Nice tank! I was going to say something about the lucky bamboo, but you already addressed that. I would just say keep an eye on it, because despite your "luck" with it, it really isn't a truly aquatic plant.

Nice looking tank. I was wondering do you have any problems with your corys pulling up the plants? It always seemed like that would be a problem.
