| randoms..still trying to figure this new camera My bf took pitty on me being sick the last few weeks, and decided to clean up the 75 NW cichlid tank and redecorate it....Im very appreciative of that, and been begging to change out the gravel....but he wouldnt go that far for me HAHA ....and his aquascaping skills are hmmm, different I guess....but hes proud of it and im so glad he stepped up for me and my cleaning of the tank!! before rescaped.JPG<---before during.JPG<---during during 1.JPG<--during during 2.JPG<--during (poor babies) after.JPG<---after |

| Looks natural man.
That piece of wood could have just fallen into the river from the storm that passed through and thats how it ended up against the glass......
You don't know....it could have happened. |

| I think the pics look great!!!!!! If its any consulation....Ive had my camera for like 5 years......lol..u were the one I think who suggested about the macro thingy....lol...I didnt even know what it was!!!.....lol.... so you are doin' WAY better!!!!!!!!! Now...just tell those fish babies to just sit and stay.....lol...... |

Great pics, Shawnie.
The best piece of advice I can give you when it comes to taking pictures of fish; is to use a tripod. If you don't have one, get one.  In lower lighting situations you really need to reduce the hand shaking to nil. Even if you think you're holding your hands perfectly still...trust me, you're not!  |

haedra great suggestions....i still just have to figure the proper buttons for the proper settings also hahaha....it even has super macro ..not having a backdrop for the betta fry tank im sure dont help either .....ill be upgrading the kids soon!
amanda i will have more ready than just bettas.....hope you are ready hahaha
im actually hoping allot of members will be looking for fish come spring.....the list is endless here....guess the winter months have made my fish busy with something to do ...SPAWN!!! lol |

wonder if he will notice that i moved them?
I better not or he might not offer to help again

the worst is that gravel though  if I can ever convince him to change it, then maybe I can switch things around?  |

The tank looks great. If the driftwood is bothering you then maybe you can lay it over and say one of the sweet Bloody Parrots knocked it over  teehee.
