No, I attached a pic of them. I was scared. Do you think they're big enough? |

LOL | It's an adult red zebra. My camera doesn't show color well all the time. That's how big the zebras get.
Sorry, moderators, feel free to merge my back-to-back thread. I didn't see this post before I replied. |

| | Fish Master | The tank is awesome! It reminds me so much of Shawnie's African Tank, lol. You guys have similar taste in decor. What kinds of fish do you have in there right now? |

| | Fish Mentor | Thank you! I used Shawnie's african tank to give me ideas so I'd have some very happy fishies. The requirements of african malawi is still fairly new to me.
There are: yellow labs, red zebras, OB zebras, yellow-tailed acei, socolofi, a peacock, electric blue johanni, and a few "oh, they're pretty, I want to buy them" that I don't know what they are |

| | Fish Keeper | BB looks like you have the same issue with the splashing that I do with mine but mine stick their heads out of the water about 1" and they stay there with the head out till you food on their mouth or in the tank. haha
On the little ones I say wait about a month more since the tank don't look like it has a lot of hidding spots. |

| | Fish Mentor | My JD George jumped out of the water yesterday. Thank goodness he didn't come out of the tank, but it was a lesson learned.
I'm going to be moving the malawi's from the 55g to the 75g and I'll put the babies in the 55g. Maybe more space will help them grow out quicker. I'm in no rush, but I don't want them to be cramped at all. I won't be doing any other stocking to the 55g until spring anyways, so they might as well enjoy the space |
