Hi, I've edited your title so it would not be offensive to the mentally handicapped.
I'm sorry, Since I don't understand your question, I couldn't edit the title to reflect your question.

Good morning. The 3rd picture of the cloudy tank appears to be experiencing an algae bloom. It should go away on it's own over time and with water changes.
If you would be so kind as to fill out your aquarium information in your profile it will really help others to help you.
Beautiful fish you have there!

As Aquarist posted above, looks like your going through an algae bloom. By looking at the glass it looks like your tank is due for a good cleaning and water change. You may be over feeding, or your tank is near a bright outside light with direct sun. You can start with a good vacuum, water change and wiping down the glass and see how it goes from there.

Guess I should mention that yes, I know it is a bloom, I'm allowing the algae to grow on the glass in an effort to further reduce inorganic load. and the trouble is this tank, and ONLY this tank suffers this repetitive bloom cycle.

and has for a long time, with differing fish populations

Your fish are looking good, what size tanks are they in just curious.

What is in the 3rd tank? The third pic, if direct sunlight is not hitting it, up your water changes on that tank and cut back on feeding. Those two things alone will clear it up. If that tank also has cichlids in it, just feed it 3 times a week until you clear up the problem. Cichlids can go a long time between feedings. I only feed fry tanks daily, and the others get feed 2-4 times per week.
