Hello again BolivianBaby. Agreed. Now if I only knew for sure exactly what species he is.

Wish I could answer that for you, but unfortunately I'm no cichlid expert. I'm gaining experience with bolivian rams and I just got a convict last week.

Until you can get an answer, you can just tell him he's his own beautiful species. That'll keep him from feeling self-conscious
