Flourish is a plant supplement line made by Seachem. When you say flourish do you mean flourish excel? Some people have reported issues with excel, some plants seem to be sensitive to it. I have not had any problems yet been using there products for eight months now. Here is a link to seachems web site so you can research it.

As for the co2 I just added that today. Its is not a sophisticated co2 system like the pressurized ones out there. In fact I am just testing this out my self here is a link to the set up I have.

It makes co2 from a mixture of yeast and sugar like the dyi systems out there. Hope this helps.
