The Aquarium info of your tank baffles me:

3m long? (please post LxWxH)
The arapaima can reach that length when fully grown! (it is considered the 2nd largest freshwater fish in the world)

You don't use water conditioner, test, etc. but you report the following:
readings for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate at 6, 6, and 3ppm respectively?
pH of 5?
Temp at 36C (97F)?

I'm missing something here. Beautiful predators you have there!
