pics of my 55g

about a week and half ago my wife and i picked up a 55g tank, filter, lighting, stand and a 25 ft. python cleaning system for $50. i know what a steal right?!?

i posted pics of my 20L a week ago. its a few posts down from this. we werent sure if we wanted to go with a more natural tank or something a bit more fictional. well we took a trip to a local "chain" pet store last night and we came home with a bunch of decorations.

my wife and i said that we were going to take our time setting up the 55g well that didnt happen and now we have this setup:

what do you guys/gals think? we might add another plant or two and ofcourse FISH!! but thats it.

Love the theme you used, a fantasy kingdom... it looks like fun! You and your wife did a great job with the aquascape.. Great deal on the tank set up!

thats an amazing tank!
usually I don't like the fantasy theme tank or unnatural looking themes. -I'm such a stickler I don't even like fake plants!
-well yours is the first one to change my mind! incredible!

I like your castle theme. If you ever decide to go the live plant route, you could have a realistic mid-evil time tank!Wisteria, crypts, and some swords would make some nice looking "trees".And you could try some Christmas moss for a lawn effect. These are all lowlight easy to keep plants.
Tank looks great!

Nice set up. I think it needs a dragon goby to finish it off. Where you have castles, you always see dragons.
