More severum pix
A day short of a week and the gold one is getting golder already.
Still not 100% sure if the other one is a white or a dull yellow color. They definitely look different shades. They got in the 120g early. There are only plecos in there. The severums have shown growth and color change so they aren't sick. The love the 120g...so cute to watch their little selves swimming in the plants.
The top 2 pix are the same fish the bottom one is the other one.

They're beautiful!
Are you going to be adding any more fish to the 120g?

We're hoping to get a few more severums, and something else to go but we haven't thought of much. When they are full grown 10-12" the 120g would be good for a pair or 2 depending on the individual personality of the fish.

They sure have. Being in a 120g at 3" will definitely bring on the growth spurts. I love them, but the bigger fella is being mean to the little one. I guess that's the way it is with all S/C American cichlids tho.

Indeed they will surely grow fast in no time given the great big room to grow.
As typical cichlid as can be, always picks on the smaller ones. At 1 time, I had 2 male golds in the 130 and they can never be near each other. One always dominates the other.

Ah well maybe if we get two more it'll get a little better for the white one.
I named the yellow one Tweety. The way they hover in my face reminds me of a bird, the yellow is like a canary so...
