Mr. & Mrs Blue Hap

Look how good he looks I would like to find 2 more females for him....but this two have been together since birth over two yrs....I am not sure if they would accept another blue hap now. Tho Malawi cichlids are not pairing fish so I am also not sure if they would care if I added two more.

Thanks...I am so happy with is progress. He was SO skinny, concave like in the tummy area. Remember how small they were when I got them from you.

Glad to see his progress as well. It's nice to see he's showing his blue coloration. It takes so long to see their coloration and at this stage, that's what you really expect to see from the male haps.

You did a good job.

Thanks guys....it feels good to see improvement in a sick fish. Especially ones who couldn't swim properly at one point. Spike use to whip around in the filter flow while he was sleeping. He swim bladder must have been full of some other type of parasite than the c.worms. I have been treating him off and on since I got him back last November. He was in a very overcrowded 50g tank with mbuna who beat the crap out of him everyday. He'd probably be dead by now if I hadn't of got them back.
Someone didn't research his fish. (Another rant)
