Yup.

Im very happy with my JDs reaction to the new comers, hes left them alone and is not paying any attention to them, although he is still young, i think hes not going to be the beasty bad boy most people say JDs are.

Im glad to hear that your JD's are getting along with the newcomers. I have two juvies in a 29 right now and they are all alone, as i dont dare add anything with them, but it is only a grow out tank for them. Please keep us updated on how your Jd's are getting along with everyone in the larger tank, Id really like to know.

In your photos of him I thought he looked about the size of my two. My guys are about the same size too. Good luck with him.. they are so cool and full of personality. I love these JDs too.
well without hijacking your thread on your new tanks any further.. I will await your update in the days to come on how your JD is getting along with all the other fish mates!

Yup, well i dont mind a bit of hi jacking especially because were talking about our jack dempseys , cant wait until he hits 4 inches then he will start to get all his blue scales he has a lot of blue on his throat and gills at the moment .

Hes got 2 habits, trying to swollow the hole lump of bloodworm i put in, and failing miserably
and he also peeks his head out of one of the bits of driftwood

I will try to photograph both of them 2 things in the future for you to see

Heres the video i promised .

Most of the fish were at that end of the tank cause i just fed them and there were some blood were down there lol.

At around 2 minutes i did a full tank shot which i normally finish on, but then i decided to go and find my jack dempsey lurking in the under growth
His tail is split because he was thrashing around when i first put him in the tank and he hit it on a rock, but hes fine and its now healing
