Keyholes are from the South America so I don't think they'd do well with Malawi cichilds at all. They are very timid.

It's good to have different species other than malawis for a change.

About a month ago, I acquired a Polleni (from Madagascar) and just recently, I brought home a Red Spot Severum. Both are big and have personalities of their own. The Severum is still in the QT but is already very friendly.

I'd have all kind of cichlid species if I could, but we already have 9 tanks running lol.
Did you get the Red Spot Severum from Matt at PU Burnside? He said something about your bristlenose plecos and that you wanted to trade for the big gorgeous fish in the front. I hope you do get him or have him.
Rone was eyeballing it...but for $200
