java moss is an old standby, and easy to find as well.

I like Christmas moss and Peacock moss though, because of its cool shape, but both are harder to find.

A good site to look at is http://www.aquamoss.net/Moss-List.htm They are all gourgous mosses and I'm pretty sure that they all are easy to grow.

angelfish220 thanks for that link it was very helpfull. i like the look of the phoenix or the weeping moss. how hard would these be to find. can't wait to get some in it will look great and bring a bit more depth to the look of the tank.

This auction is for star moss. There's a pretty good picture of the stuff.

You could probably find it relively easily online, but in a store is way different.

I love swords, but I heard they get really aggressive. Is that true? or can I get some for my 55?

i find that my swords are very peacefull and get on well in a community tank. the only potentail problem is that sharks tend not to get on with them too well. my rainbow just before and after feeding time will chase them around for a few mins. but apart from that they are great. oh and remember they will breed regularly so you will need to deal with this.
