First 1Og~Buddha :]

It's just a simple 1Og tank.
Buddha/Pagoda theme.
Few neons.

[Oh and It's in front of a bit mirror, so I got glare and goofy colors, sorry about that]

What do you think?
I think its original and fun. My baby neons seem to love it and their colors really pop against the black and red. The love chasing each other and hiding in the Pagodas !
I'm sure I'll add more deco soon, maybe some more bamboo..!
Any suggestions on live plants that would go well with the theme? I haven't been able to find much that have jumped out at me.

:]

plants as decor

I think that a java fern or some mondo grass would look cool :]]]

Nice tank. I like a simple theme, maybe a bridge but a plant would also be great.

Do you test your water? I noticed in your aquarium profiles, you don't list the results of the water tests. We around here recommend you get an API Master test kit for freshwater, (liquid tests). Test your tank every day for the new one, and once a week for the other established tanks. This will keep you up to date on when they need water changes and so on. It really helps to keep a healthy tank. Post more pictures as you add things!

I asked in another thread what people recommend for the test kits, as I just bought the quick dip test strips, and didn't find them accurate. But I will look into that! Thanks.
I test the water every day right now, but as I said, those strips are tricky and half the time I can't even read it haha.

Oh and I just looked up a few pictures of mondo grass.. and I'm thinking that would be perfect for the tank!

Thanks guys!
