Sorry, I just love to take pics of my tank

So what if I'm not that good at it... But I still keep snapping away

This is my favorite view in the latest layout of the tank

Portrait view of the same scene.

"How many times do I need to tell you? Get off my Rock!" What a cranky shrimp!

"Quick, everyone hide behind the Wendtii! That goof has the camera out again!"

For me it's more like 250 to get one mediocre picture

1) there's no way to get good at taking pics unless you practice...
2) If you could see the folders full of fish pics I have on my computer... lol!

Thanks Pinky.

Sitting here staring at the tank, trying to figure how to hook up my Fluval 305. Just used half of my Christmas gift cert. to get all new media and the ebay spraybar came in yesterday's mail. I don't have the room under the tank to install it in the traditional fashion. Gotta find a way...

Figured it out. Not the prettiest solution, but it works. The whole room is going to be gutted in the summer and everything is getting moved anyhow, so I'll live with it for now.

Chopped a hole in the shelving to attach the hoses. Fortunately, this is all below knee height.

This is how the tank looks for now. No more UGF and risers. Spray bar for the Fluval 305 up top. The Aquaclear is only there on the right until the Fluval is seeded well, I'm going to say three or four weeks.

That blasted Java moss is taking over! There's also a few Java Fern plantlets growing in there. Tangling them in the moss is the only way to keep them from sucking up into the filter until they grow out big enough to send to MudHog.

Tomorrow I'm going to mess around with the lunar light setup I got off of eBay. 6 wide angle lenses, taping the to the back of my PC light looked very promising, but I want a tidy set-up when done.
