Oh my goodness he is gorgeous. Those shiny scales are perfection, and those fins are just a thing of beauty. Quite interesting with the speckled dorsal fin.. that's just a gorgeous fish.

I'm so getting a betta. Probably a female, but man, if i saw one like yours, I might be swayed.

awesome betta Tom is it a plakat? I reallly wish there were different types opf bettas here besided veil tail and crown tails.

that's a beautiful plakat! i'd love to have the white female next to him too.. she's a lot like Angel.

it seems to vary, in Florida we didn't see many, but we've seen more yellow ones here.

The way I got him was by trading all the fry to be from one of my female twintails, the breeder just wants the twintail gene in their bettas. But normally, the breeder sells ones like that for $20+ and I got him for pretty much free. lol
