70 Gallon Re-Done
I decided to change my Spongebob Tank after the paint on the ornaments started coming off. I took this as an opportunity to make a more natural looking tank. Bought some driftwood, rocks and a bunch of plants.
We also lost some fish since my last pictures. Gone are the Krib, and Greman Rams, but I have added a Roseline Shark.
First is a before picture then a buch of new pics I took today. Hope you enjoy, all comments are welcome!

Hi Bert
I love the changes you made. Very natural and very nice!
What a difference from the before and after photos.
Can you tell me what kind of fish those are in the top two photos ? I love the red and black on them... very nice!

Thanks for all the comments so far. The fish in question is a Roseline Shark aka Dennison Barb. I fell in love with this fish when I saw it in a LFS's show tank. They are very rare and on the verge of going on the endangered species list. I have been doing this for a while now and visit the LFS just about every week and in a year and a half they have only had them in stock twice. The first time I couldn't afford to get one and by the time I got some cash a few days later they were sold out. When I went by last week they had just gotten a shipment in the day before and had 8 of these beauties in stock so I couldn't pass up the opportunity. I wanted to get a couple and try to breed them but they are next to impossible to sex much less breed in captivity so one will do for now.

I would suggest keeping more than one of them, as they are schooling fish and would be much happier in a group, however, I understand that they cost $20-$50US per fish, so maybe just build a small shoal over time. They also get quite large, up to 4.5-5" I believe.
Very nice looking tank, however. I definitely like the natural look.

I do plan on eventually getting a few more Roseline's. According to my calculations I still have between 15-20 inches of fish left to put in there. The show tank I saw only had one in it and it was fully grown, beautiful and happy in a 50 gallon planted tank with Harlequins, Searpe's, and a BN Pleco. My wife really wants a few Congo Tetras so one might have to do.

Love the new aquascaping! How long have you had the Rubberlip? What do you feed it?

There are actually 2 Rubbernose Plecos. One spotted(the one in the pics) and one regular. I've had them both for about 6 months now. I feed them sinking algae wafers once a week or so. The other fish love them too so I just drop one in as I turn out the lights. For the most part they just feed on the left over food and algae in the tank. The one in the pics loves the rocks, and the other loves the drift wood.
On a side note I came home from work one night and found both of them on the front glass side by side. By the time I got my camera and came back they were back around the tank. Sad, that would have made a nice picture.

That is corrrect. They are just big marbles. We got them from Petsmart for like $3 for 3 of them. Plecos seem to like them.
