These are lovely barbs, Puntius denisonii barb, a great profile can be found at

where other places I have seen this have water temperatures in the range of 65-79, this article suggests that keeping it at 82 will keep the fish healthier, they tend to get dropsy at the lower temp., and all you have to do is make sure the water in the tank is heavily oxygenated with a power head....
Not a shark, but just like the "Bala shark", a Barb......
They do need to be kept in a schoal, and other wise seem like a great choice for a large community tank.
