idk what kind of cory he is
he supposed to be a spotted cory but he had the band and it reminded of a panda cory that my aunt had so i got him

Not to cause strife but it looks alot like my Corydoras melanistius, the light band in front of the dorsal is what makes me think so. A very pretty cory whatever it is. Just a few words of advice: Cories need sand or the food will trap in the gravel and become toxic and his barbels will wear down on the gravel, cories are better suited to sand. Also, they are a schooling fish and should be kept in groups of 3+ though at least 6 is best. Sorry to be a party crasher, but these are my

smooth pebbles or flat glass marbles are easier on their barbels but do need a little more cleaning for food that sinks down.
