Thanks folks one of my bosses gave me the tank after his pleco died but I'll tell ya what i"ve got!!

10 neons tetras
4 bloodfin tetras
4 scissortail rasboras
6 cory cats (4 pandas,2 peppered a spawning pair constantly)
1 common pleco who will be rehomed when hes to big he's at 4 inches now did'nt know about adult size until after the fact rookie mistake!!
btw i have 2 downtubes 'cause im changing filters had a penguin 200 that cause a bacteria bloom switching it out for an emperor 280 way better filter!!

As for a first tank, it looks GREAT ! I actually thought the plants were live, until I've read someone mention they're fake. Looks very natural!

Thank You very much..only one plant is live it's in the far right corner back rubber banded to a piece of wood think I'll try fishing line to make it disappear..I'd also like to say that this forum has been very informative I could not have done this without all of your help!! btw my cory's love my little sand box i made for them just a clay pot base and a bit of sand..
