Those are bizarre looking. Not in a bad way, but in a good way! I love unique things. They're getting pretty big, how big are they supposed to get?

I've seen them at alomst 2 feet. They can be very aggressive. A buddy of my bf's had one that attacked a piranha. Left it's face scarred.

I was looking through Siluridae last night at www.planetcatfish.com . they have the slender body but only the bottom full body fin. Just couldn't nail it down.
Here is a list of the family of fish it comes from. If you move your mouse cursor over the name a picture will come up.

AGGRESSION !!!!!!!!!!!!! u guys have no idea how aggressive these 2 catfish r? i think an adult piranha is no match for Moonspot....the big one, Tony feeds them feeder goldfish and feeder guppies, they finish up feeder goldfish within seconds !!!!!!!!! that's why theyr r getting this big, the most interesting thing is they swim like snakes. the fishstore guys say the only compatible tankmates for them r irridescent sharks and plecos.

They just creep me out...the same friend had his "walk" out of his tank...only to end up on the floor full of cat hair. He was big enough to eat a cat.
