I think of it as "better me than someone who doesn't really care,,just going thru the motions" I take it personally ( alittle rough on the heart sometimes) but I believe I do a better job because I care. 17 yrs on the Dept and 8 yrs doing fingerprinting and I still handle every case like it's the most important. People appreciate that (wellmost do,,some are just to ****ed-off to see) and we should care. When you stop caring, you stop DOING. When you stop doing,,you should question why and where you are at. |

I am a Latent Print Tech. I lift fingerprints from crime scenes. I work for the Sheriff's Dept. and Yup I do LOve my job (well when I get good prints anyway) sometimes it's very frustrating, but unfortunately you don't have time to get too bummed out 'cause there is the next case to move on too..I know SAD but true. It has changed so much here...kinda depressing but luckily I am an optomist..and (most of the time) refuse to let the BAD people discourage me. I thank The All Mighty for an awesome husband,,a great family and my animals to keep me upbeat and not beaten. Each of Us can make a difference whether it be good or bad...I choose good and keep the faith. I call it "earning your wings  " every Good thing we do. Oh,,and I am spiritual not religious, so don't think I'm Bible thumping. Not that I have a problem with those who do,,I just see thinks from a different point of view..to me it doesn't matter what you call your "GOD" just that you adhere to the idea of doing what's right to others.

LoL, I actually used to be very religious. Most people who knew me before would not recognize me now and those who have met me in the past few years do not believe what I used to be like lol. Things change! I am still very respectful of it all though.
Seems like you have an exciting job. Helping people like that and all. As for having a great husband and great pets, lucky you! I'm still waiting on the good pet part lol

It's obvious with your love of animals,,it will come...Here's my other nuvies,,that is their couch,,the garage is their house..LOL everybody needs a home

I crack-up how GiGi (the dog) sits on her couch,,obviously has learned from us....they crack me up. It's not the type of animal but how you raise them...just like kids you know...speaking of kids,,my old man is up..time for us to get ready...we're going to my brother in laws and heading down to Irvine meadows for a Black Sabbath/Alice Cooper concert tonight |
