The plant looks very green and healthy And yes, the guy meant that the red variety needs a higher wattage. As far as Kelvin temperature goes, anything at and under 10,000K is good for plants (be it low- or high- wattage light source).

Very nice

The plants that I see on the first picture appear to be: Hornwort, either Amazn or Ruffled Sword, and Anubias (I think it's A. Coffeefolia).

No idea what plant it is on the third picture.

New Fish !!!

Wanted a fish to feed of the glass so i got this one, A Farlowella Catfish Hes happily sucking glass now

Current state of tank, hoping to get more plants this week. Funny, the ground covering plants dont seam to be available in Canada. Would like t get sme grund moses, the four leaf clover one looks nice.

I have some and I live in Winnipeg. Try using eBay or aquabid for them.
