Yep, me too! In a while, when I've digested all the fish info and got myself a good fish world, I'll look into proper aqua-gardening. In the meantime, it's scissors for the brown bits and let's hope for the best.

Am actually cheating now, and making planted areas more bushy by using fake plants in between the real ones.

lol, we just chucked the live plant idea and went with some good silk ones.

Can't blame ya. The only ones we could find really look VERY fake, though, so I have to sprinkle my tanks with some real plants too, or it'd look awful.
