My 29 Gal Angel, and Swordtail tank.

Let me knot what you guys think. My wife likes to keep it looking simple and clean, so that we can see the fish rather than having to try hard to find them. I am thinking about adding one more small hiding spot though!

i like it and it does look very nice but i do think some hiding places are needed.. especially if your angels buddy up and go after the other fish.. some cave or log type decorations that angels couldn't fit into might be good.

Your set up looks great ... Maybe you can add another busy plant in the tank for a hiding place? Instead of getting another cave or decoration?
Your fish look great... good luck with them! ~ kate

That log in the middle is a hollow log. And they all share that from time to time. But I know that I need to add some more. Thanks!

Here is what I think may work as well: Add a small-medium line of plants (real or *plastic*) along the back of your tank. It would add more color and still give your fish enjoyment of swimming through them, and hiding from predators! hehe

Yes, I bought the ornament at Wal-Mart. The tank itself is from Petsmart.

Yeah, I am in Hawaii, and I don't have many petstore that at least I know of. So you are pretty much left with walmart and all the LPS in the malls, that are super expensive. That is why I got my supplies at Walmart.

No need to justify your purchase, Wal-Mart has great prices (I also bought my Whisper 30-60 and Whisper 20 filters there). For those of us on a budget, it's a great place for supplies. I'm lucky that I have two great LFS's in reasonable driving distance to buy my fish from though. I buy all of my fish from them, but that is because I have a choice.

I am sure I should have more places to buy from... I just have to do some more research on my area...
