Best food for Cory cats

I use Ocean Nutrition foods for my fish, and I was wondering if anybody knows what the best food for Cory Cats would be. I know it is pellets and algae wafers but should I use the higher or lower protein type of pellets?

I feed my Corys and Loaches Omega One shrimp pellets. and to make sure they get some veggie matter they get veggie wafers(or rounds) once to twice a week. They also love thawed frozen blood worms Hope that helps

Good morning Mark. I also feed mine shrimp pellets and veggie wafers. Too I see them swimming every where gathering up the smaller particles of food that I feed to everyone. I know that sometimes their food never makes it to the bottom because of the other fish. Seeing them swimming every where and eating everything is a good sign as well. At least I know they aren't going hungry.

Thanks for the input I am going to get 4 neon cory's and have not had good luck with them in the past. they aleways seemed to starve to death, they never grew and when they passed they were shrunk in looking. I always have just given flakes and figured they would get enough but my friend said I needed to give them pellets so they get some food too. Thanks for the info. I will get me veggie wafers and pellets when I pick up my fish.

Even though they are scavengers and will eat anything that falls to the bottom they need to be fed specific food for them too
So good jog going to get them food too A few pellets or a veggie wafer broken up and put in at lights out should take care of them. If you have trouble with other fish eating their food just put a little in different places when you turn the lights out.
