Long finned albino corys and others

Allow me to introduce the inhabitants of my tank so far!

Here are my long finned albino corys, these guys are bred locally and a hoot to watch. I have 4 in the tank.

Beautiful fish! I've never seen long-finned albino corys. They're gorgeous!

I got them from FishWorld which is a local store here. I assume its privately owned. Here is their website http://fishworldnc.com/

great pics!!! love the zebras..they are just amazing looking fish....just be warned on the long finned cories...they are not naturally bred they usually are much harder to keep...although ive never had any, nor have i seen any, I can only speak from others opinions im sure carol would know more as she is a total catfish queen !

I have never had long finned Corys either but they are really awesome looking. I would think good food and clean water will keep them in top health. There are a couple of Corys that are long finned in the wild( C. longipinnis). If those are being bred locally they are probably acclimated to the water already and that's half the battle.

They have done well and appeared fine this morning. They either seem to like to pick a spot to sit (sometimes on thr gound, sometimes perched in the plants) or they group up and swim around near the glass about midway up the tank. They can be hard to spot when the sit still though.

At first i think the danios were curious and looked like they were trying to nip their fins, but the corys would just group up and chase them off. I dont see the behavior anymore.
