I have exactly six weeks till I pick up my new tank and I really need to figure out a stocking plan. I know for sure that I want to have at least 6 angels, 3 yoyo loaches, 3 clown loaches and a few assorted oto's. I only want to keep around 150 inches of fish or so to make maintenance easier and allow me to expand later on without having to re-home anyone.

So... what else should I put in here? I'm thinking I would like one or two different schools of fish and maybe a few BN's to help with algae since oto's are small. Not sure if I need any more bottom feeders besides the loaches, it's a moon sand substrate. I've looked into doing a cichlid tank and don't think it's for me... but I'm definately open to suggestions.

220gal!!!!!! Jaguar Cichlids! I really want a 200gal with Jaguars but the wife has put her foot down! With a tank that size the possibilities are endless............

i'd say that you need at least 6 yoyo loaches and 6 clown loaches before anything else.

personally, i would get a HUGE school of rummynose tetras, they're my favorite type of tetra and i think a really large school would look awesome!
