Re: new fish

Heres some info on the pakistani Loach also known as yoyo loaches(Botia almorhae)
http://www.loaches.com/species_pages..._almorhae.html . I have 4 in a 55G with 17 Black kuhlis (pangio javanicus (is this what you have?) http://www.loaches.com/species_pages...javanicus.html , 10 striped kuhlis http://www.loaches.com/species_pages/kloach.html and hillstream loaches. They all get along well together, eat shrimp pellets, frozen brine shrimp and blood worms, veggie wafers. In other words anything that falls to the bottom of the tank . They all like to be in multiples and really don't do well alone.
As for the goldseam bristlenose plec could we have a picture please and we can try to positively ID it for you. fish frequently come in to stores with incorrect or confused names on them. I have four different kinds of bristlenose and they are great little work horses in the aquarium, especially since they don't usually get over 5-6 inches
You are so lucky getting to work in a fish store
