Good advice above.
However, there is likely an underlying problem that is causing the fungus. In this case, I would be willing to bet it's the fact that there are two of these creatures in a 20g tank. They are very messy creatures, can grow quite big, and like having space/things to explore. Water quality/stress from lack of space may be weakening their immune systems, allowing some sort of infection to set in.
