I want to get 2 angels , but i also need to get a loach in order to clear out the serious snail problem i have ! will these two guys go in a 75 gall tank well or will they clash !

They should be fine in a 75.
You could remove the snails by placing lettus leaves in the tank at night and removing them in the morning.

Most loaches are.
I would avoid skunk loaches, however.
