I have just noticed quite a few tiny little white specs about the size of a single grain of salt. I have no idea what they are and too small too make out a definite shape. Here is what I know, they are microscopic and have a tiny tail. Looks almost like brine shrimp shaped, but I have not put any brine shrimp eggs into the tank. The tank consists of 2 small bala sharks, dojo loaches, khuli loaches, rainbow sharks, crawdad, and dragon gobies. One of the dojo loaches dropped eggs a few weeks back but I'm thinking these white specs are way too small to be them. They are very fast little white specs. Anyone have any clue what they might be?

Just noticed them, but they are moving around and staying on glass, should've mentioned that before. I have had a few ick outbreaks before but didn't know can see them besides on fish.

I get little white things on the side of my fish tank but I dont have ich or white spot any more im not sure what it is.

Water fleas.

Most fish will eat them if hungry, so the way to get rid of them is to not feed for a day or two.

Iron waffle

How do you get water fleas? I have some too, but are they dangerous?

haha sweet yea i see my fish eat them all the time even if iv fed them, but my severums are piggys lol
