Plecophobia
Is anyone else out there afraid of plecos? I don't know what it is about them, but they are so scary to me! They get to be HUGE! I'm scared if I stick my arm in the tank it will latch on to me. I have 3 little Otos instead of a pleco. I'm just curious if anyone one else out there has "plecophobia"...

I like my small plecos, fancy ones which only get 3-7" big. The common ones get too big and do creep me out. We had a 14" one in our 120g....what a big poopie mess he left.  |

I've had one latch on to my arm during maintenance, I flung my arm out and he took a dive across the room, he survived it though, it is such a weird tingly sensation, I screamed so loud my mom thought I was being electrocuted! and yes I am scared of them. and at this point he was like 10 inches long!

I'm scared of plecos as well. They look cool but there's something about them that freaks me out. |

well bn plecos are freaky even though pritty small imagine one getting as big as a common that would be scarey looking. but i love all plecos there so unique

Okay, I think plecos, even the big ones, are really neat but...that would TOTALLY freak me out, lmao

Yeah... I find them a little creepy.. My friend just got a HUGE one... That big old suction cup mouth stuck to the galss is just too weird!
