idk wats wrong wth my platyyy?!

well i have had my 20 gal freshwater tank set up for about 4 months.
i have two male red wag platies & five male guppies.
they all seem to get along great & i have never seen any aggression at allll.
ok so, one of my platies has 2 legions on his right side!
& in only that area it seems his scales are pineconing around his flesh!
the legions are new but he has been lethargic for quite awhile.
he sits in the corner at the bottom of the tank,
or in on of the 'hideout' caves.
the past few days he hasnt eaten at all, & his color has been faded about a week.
the temp is a steady 75 degrees, & my fish are fed twice a day, im not really sure wat to do.
i know my platy has to have some type of disease but i have been doing days of research & looking at pictures of fish diseases but nothing looks like what this platy has, therefore i havent been able to diagnose or treat him.
but i have done a 5 day treatment that is supposed to kill many types of bacteria, including; "fungus, ick, red streaks, milky or shredding slime, flukes, bacterial gill disease, mouth and fin rot, clamped or torn fins, and ulcers" as stated on the label. and in the past i have done ick treatments.
he seems to be the only fish that is so unhealthy, & i absolutely dont want my other fish to suffer. i have tried taking pictures of this fish to post with my question but i just have not had annyy luck.
im sorry if there isnt enough info im jus pretty worried at the moment.
lol anything will be appreciated greatly (:

Sarah Welcome to FishLore!
I'm so sorry your fish is so sick. Could you tell me what your water test readings(ammonia, Nitrites,Nitrates) are please?
When was the last water change done? and how often? sorry for the questions but the answers will help us help your fish.

Do you have a liquid test kit to monitor the water quality? If so, what are the readings of the tests? Even without those test results I can tell you that you should do a water change. Most health problems in fish are a result of poor water quality & can sometimes be fixed up simply by performing regular frequent wate changes. Even if it doesn't help, it certainly will not hurt.

Sometimes fish do get tumors & other growths on them that are not diseases but can still effect the health of the fish. It is very difficult to say what may be wrong with yours without a picture. I'm sorry I can't be of more help yet but if you can manage to get a decent pic of the problem area on the fish, then I will do my best to help you out as I'm sure the other members will as well.

Welcome to FishLore
I'm sorry your fish is ill.
Your two threads have been merged. It's best to keep all the info in one thread.
Best of luck.
