Dojo Loach Safe Meds

I have a balloon molly that has a case of ick, but I also have a dojo loach in the tank. What meds would be safe to use that wouldn't kill the loach?

Hi welcome to FishLore
I'm sorry you molly has ICH.
You can usually treat ich without meds. Slowly raise the temp to 84F, increase aerration to make up for less onxygen in the warmer water. Leave the temp raised for at least 2 weeks.
Do thorough gravel vacs and water changes to get all the ich spores.

I know Dojo's prefer a lower temp, not sure how they'd do in higher temps even for a short time.

Others know more about them than I do, I'm sure they'll chime in.
Good luck

Sorry your Molly is sick As long as the temp is raised slowly the Dojo woll be fine. Loaches don't usually react well to meds so the method of treating ICH that Lucy advised is the best and safest way.
Are they in the 10g mentioned in your aquarium info? If so I would recommend every other day water changes and gravel vacs for the full two weeks. Dojos need highly oxygenated water this along with a bubble stone are ways to help oxygenate the water while the temps are up.
Just a heads up- Dojos get very large and will need a larger tank soon.
Keep us posted on how they are doing please.
