Guppy has bump on the side of body. Help Please.

Hello, today I noticed that one of my female guppies has this raised bump on the side of her body under the belly. It also looks like her scale are falling off near the raised bump. Is this Ick or fungus?

I'm currently treating my tank for ICH because white dots have appeared on my clown loaches. And I've seen some of my other fishes throwing their body against some leaves and rocks.

I've posted some photos of what it looks like. Please help. Thank you

Welcome to FishLore
I'm really sorry that your fish is worrying you.
What are your readings for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?
Tank size? How many and what kind of tank mates?
He's really bloated. Are the scales raised when viewed from the top?
It might be a good idea to put him in a quartentine tank and try fasting him for a day or so then feed him to tiny pinch of thawed frozen shelled pea. If it's constipation, that should help a bit. How long has he been this way?

If you could fill in your aquarium info, it would be helpful to the other members. It's found under My Settings on the top left.

Hi, my tank is 46G nitrite is about 5ppm. 0 for amonia.
I listed the tank mates in my profile...yes i know its overstocked.
It's a she btw. And it looks bloated b/c she was preganent i think. The scales looked raised from top view too.

Hi Hopes.

They should not pop scales from pregnancy...at least mine never do.... It may be more of a symptom of nitrite poisoning (in combo with pregnancy strain and/or bloat). How often are you changing their water?

I change 1/3 every week. And I just noticed it today after changing the water yesterday.

It looks really red obstruting bump. Really unnatural.

also looks like something is growing inside the red area.
This doesnt look like ich

I agree with iloveengl.
I wonder if it's dropsy from the high nitrIte reading.
What is your nitrAte reading?
It it were me, I'd begin doing a series of water changes to get the nitrite level down.
50% is the pH is the same from tap to tank. If there's a big difference in pH perhaps 2 25% changes per day would be a better idea.

Don't have a nitrAte test kit, but I will find out soon.
