Help please!!! white worms??

Hey all,

I noticed this little white worm about 1-2 cm long in my tank last week, i killed it but have just come home to find hundreds of them on the walls of my tank but they are much smaller, i guess babies. does any1 know what they are?
this is in my breeding tank, it didnt get cleaned very well coz i had babies everywhere, but i have cleaned it more now that i collected the babies together. All i have put in there is flakes, frozen baby brine shrimp and frozen brine shrimp.

Please help!!!!!

ok, ive just looked on a site and they are called PLANARIA worms. they come out when there is too much left over food in the tank, which is definately what iv done trying to feed the little ones. the site also said that they dont harm the fish

sounds more like nematodes and not planaria....planaria is more of a tannish flat kinda worm...either way, its from the description nitram said..over feeding and such...water changes with extra gravel vacs will get rid of them....and backing off on overfeeding and a few extra water changes a month will keep them at bay
<--im a nematode queen LOL
