well i have had a batch of baby flowerhorns from the begining and they were doing fine and growing like weeds. but i have now come upon a problem....they have gotten sic...but i dont kow what it is...from my experience the only thing i have ever ahd to deal with was ICH and it was easily solved. this stuff is new to me and i dont know how to diagnose it...the dart around in the tank suddenly, have frayed fins down to the spine of fins. loss of appetite, have a cotton looking growth on scales,eyes. and some openly swim while others dont. i have had a few deaths but the mjority still are alive...i need help or advice very quickly ..please help

can you tell us tank size,how long has the tank been running, whose with them, and tank water parimeters for ammonia/nitrites/nitrates ? your aquarium info doesnt even have them listed and not sure what their setup is like ...can you get a pic by any chance? that might help members as well

the tank is 75g. pH is 7.0; ammonia-0;nitrates-5ppm;nitrates-0. it has been set up for about a year now but the fish have been in it for about 6 months.sorry no pics. but its not spotty like ich....at first i thought they were jsut nipping eath other but they werent. its like a cottony growth
