| The liquid meds will quickly take care of the ich on it's own - you don't NEED to raise the temp. I would just make sure the temp was around 80. Raising the temp speeds up the ich life cycle, which does speed up the results of the meds. However IME, at 80 degrees, the meds wipe it out within a week so I don't see the need to bump up the temp to the mid 80s and potentially add to the stress of already stressed fish. Just be sure to FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS and FINISH the treatment. Many times I've seen people stop treating the fish when the spots are gone and a week later they are infected again - ich is not gone just cause the spots are!
It would behouth you to find out why the fish have ich...
Also, if you catch it early enough, I've found that waterchanges alone will cure the fish. It's not uncommon for my new fish to develop a couple spots while in QT - they are stressed and weakened, but as the fish gets comfortable in the QT and the water quality is maintained, it gets stronger and can fight it off on their own.
