I got 2 bosemani rainbows yesterday, and they both looked beautiful. This morning one of them has this colorless place on his side. Any ideas of what it could be?

It did not have the fuzzy stuff this morning but it does now, and it has spread rapidly also. I will do as you say. But I don't think he is going to make it now.

I haven't hardly had him for 24 hours, I guess maybe it was something that happened at the store?

Aww..Very sorry. It sounds like it's happening pretty fast. Fish that come from the LFS are usually very stressed and very prone to illness. He could have been injured by another fish as well. Keep his water super clean. Hopefully some others with some experience with fungus can help better then me.

Very good advise above QT him and pristine water and some pimafix should do the job.
