Sick Rasbora

My wife has previously lost 2 of the 3 rasboras we got for this tank. Water params (testable ones) are fine. I had to go away on a trip so I didn't get a chance to change the water, bt did a quick nitrate and ammonia test, all was good, and then hopped on the plane.

I did a 40% water change yesterday when I got back. Today, my wife pointed out that one of the rasboras looked odd (the photo below). I'm thinking fungus, but I'm not sure. The dorsal fin looks almost melted and white, and one side at the base of the fin on the body looks white.

The tank has snails, some shrimp, guppies and the rasboras. Any suggestions on diagnosis/medication? I'm concerned that taking just the one fish for medicating won't be enough if it is something in the water

hmm if parimeters are all fine, have you taken a peek at the thermometer to make sure the heater didnt go koo koo? or he wasnt being picked on ? (of course not being home, the latter wont help much without seeing it...) if its only affecting the one fish, I would attempt to QT it .....but im not sure on what meds as ive never used any..so maybe some other members will be of more help.....

@Shawnie

The tank has been a bit warm due to the temperature out here. The heater hasn't had to kick in all summer as all my upstairs tanks have been 79/80 degrees.

The weather is starting to cool off.

In any case, the white stuff on that rasbora is a bit odd. I'll need to treat. Given the experience with the guppies and rasboras in that tank, I think that tank is a sick tank and I'm considering starting up a replacement with new substrate. Something just isn't right there.
