Sick Fish? Or Some Sort of Fungus?

Hey everyone well two of my fish have been looking wierd! my Tiger Barb and my Pleco have been getting some strange white little balls around their fins and its beginning to worry me, whether its a fungal infection or just something else please I need to know whats going on with my two fish!

Hi evfreak..do you know your water parimeters for ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates? what size tank and what fish are in there?how longs the tank been running? does it look like grains of salt or maybe a boo boo from banging onto something? can you get us a pic? if you fill in your aquarium info under your settings, we wont have to ask so many questions if you are having issues...
