black neon

ive got 6 black noens in with the discis and i noticed that 2 of the neons look very bloated , they are breathing faster than normal could it be something wrong with there bladder . they dont look in good shape !

oh ok. Can you give us a very detailed description of whats going on?
What are your parameters for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH?

Sometimes tetras eat a little too much. If he truely is bloated i would do this:

Fast him for a day or two.
Feed him thawed de-shelled peas.
Watch him closely for any changes in mood, water parameters, etc.
