Clown loaches with ich

I had an ICH out break in my tank a few weeks ago.

After noticing it I raised the temperature, and put aquarium salt in the tank.

However, its since been 2-3 weeks and the Ich is getting worse.

I took all my plants out and rinsed them, I've been vacuuming the gravel every couple of days in hoping to get the spores that fall off.

What else should I do?

How high did you raise the temp?

That should be easily enough to kill the ich, especially with gravel vacs and water changes. I never use meds for ich, just increased temp and vacuming so I'm no expert with medicating the disease, lets see what others have to say.

How long has the temp been up at 86F? Have you added any fish or plants in the last 2-3 weeks.
Usually raising the temps over 83F, frequent water changes and gravel vacuums will take care of ICH in 14 days. but you have to do all three for 2 weeks. Warmer water also holds less oxygen so those frequent water changes and maybe an air stone added are very important. I've never used any kind of salt with my clowns as they are a little sensitive to it.
Clown Loaches are ICH magnets. A tiny chill and they will come down with it. Keep us posted .

Haven't added fish or plants since the Ich outbreak.

I've been doing all 3 for 2-3 weeks now. I'm currently running 4 air stones.

Finally gave in and went and bough some "Nox-Ich"

I'm only doing half doses so hopefully it doesn't hurt my fish
