I'm sorry about you fish.
I couldn't understand what size tank you have. How by you aquarium info, how many gallons is it?
I agree with aquarist, a pic might help ID what's going on.
Do you know your readings for ammonia nitrite and nitrate?

It's not really a good idea to recommend medication when we don't really know whats wrong with the fish and have been given so little information.

If you'll check the date of the thread you'll see it's from a month ago a this member hasn't returned.
