lately my black moor goldfish has been just lying at the bottom of his 10 gallon tank and dosnt seem to want to eat, what could be wrong with him?

i'm sorry to hear that how old is he? can you post water parameters? does anything appear to be physically wrong with him that you can see aside from laying on the bottom?

well i cant test my water untill tomorrow but last time i checked it was normal. he was almost killed by my evil and bossy molly when i tried to move him to my 55g. so he is missing some scales on his sides and the backhalf of his topfin broke off but its growing back and dosnt seem to be infected. ill give you the readings tomorrow unless i can purswade my mom to let me stay up. i dont know exactly how old he is but hes about 2-3 inches long so under a year old and i really dont want to loose him because i got him for my brother and i really want to move him into the pond soon.

Judging by your readings and having 0 nitrates leads me to believe that your cycle may have crashed for some reason if it had cycled at all. There should be some nitrAtes 5-10. I would suggest a 50% water change add some Prime or Stress Coat or Amquel +. What is the temperature of his tank?

the temp was at 72 but because its summer it went up to about 75*F im going to do a WC right now but i just found him laying on his side! hes still alive but whats wrong with him? HELP!!! oh and its at 0 because i have a large amount of Elodia and plants can bring nitrate down to 0.

please help i just did the WC and added prime and stress coat+ but he dosnt look any better, should i try to feed him some peas? incase its swim bladder? well please hurry i dont want him to die too...
