too many dead fish

To start off i have had this 30 gallon for maybe about 3 months. last month i bought 5 guppies from petco 3 males and 2 females. They were both in seperate tanks when i bought them. When i got home i put all 5 guppies in my tank within a week all the male guppies got ick, and died. Since none of my other fish, which include a red tail shark, 4 more guppies, a kirbensis, a angel, like 10 shrimp, and a snail, got ick. i thought i was in the clear. Then a week or 2 later i buy 2 polkadot pictus catfish at my LFS instead, and they also get ick. This time i try raising the water to 82 degrees and also adding salt, but they eventually died too, still all my other ifsh are fine. So recently i bought 2 german blue rams, and OMG they also get ick, so i go out and buy this stuff called Ick Attack, and i follow the directions for like a week, and then i find one dead, and the other one dies the day after. Why cant i keep any new fish alive

I'm sorry you've lost fish.
When things are going wrong the first thing to rule out are water conditions.
Is your tank cycled?
Do you know your readings for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?

i'm sorry to hear that

the german blue rams are VERY sensitive so that's probably the reason you lost them. i'd say hold off on getting any new fish for 2-3 weeks, turn your temp all the way up to 84 for that entire time frame. after two weeks then possibly think about getting new fish.

also, are you getting all of these fish from the same store?

I agree with Alex and also add to do a through gravel vac to get all the ICH spores and increase aeration to make up for less oxygen in warmer water.
I would strongly encourage you to quarantine any new fish for at least 2 weeks before adding them to your tank.

Yes i have like 5 guppies left, a angelfish, a kirbensis, and alot of shrimp, and a red tail shark

i forgot to say i have a few plants in there, so should i just vac right over them or still vac around them.

Oh, I am sorry you lost your fish.

You can gently vac around them. Don't forget to get under any decor you have too.

Just wondering how and how long you acclimated your new fish before putting in tank?

Yes, but you also need to slowly add water from the tank into the bag. I put a link below for you to read on how to do it. I do the floating bag thing and I do the Drip Method for sensitive fish.
