I noticed today that my scat is breathing very rapidly. The other fish seem to be breating fine. Any ideas. He just recently gorged himself on tubiflex worms. Any ideas?

It may just be a matter of overeating.
However, typical questions in such a case are:
what are the ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite levels?
Any ammonia reading could be causing a reaction like this, and some fish are more susceptible to ammonia than others.

If you have no ammonia or nitrite, and 20 or less nitrate, then you probably don't have to worry too much, but should keep an eye on the little fish.
